A Woodland Retreat

This summer, Jules is hosting an overnight retreat; a nourishing, restorative weekend diving into the herbs and wisdom that support women’s hormonal health - through our cycles, perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Over two days and one summer night, we’ll explore hormonal rhythms through hands-on workshops, shared learning and quiet time on the land. We’ll work directly in the medicine garden, learning from the plants that have supported women’s wellbeing for generations.

This retreat is for women in all phases of life - whether you’re cycling, in perimenopause, menopause or simply feeling called to deepen your relationship with your body and its natural ebb and flow.

The weekend includes…

Outdoor workshops in our working medicine garden
Medicine-making in the apothecary kitchen
Women’s wellness circle
Gentle movement and meditation class (evening & morning) with Elliot
Spacious time for rest, reflection and wandering the woodland
All meals and refreshments (vegetarian, home cooked by in-house nutritionist)
Comfortable single or shared accommodation (or chose wild camping in our private ancient woodland)

We currently have one cosy single room remaining, and one twin room (ideal if you’re coming with a friend).Or - our personal favourite - why not book our campervan, Sunny. She’ll be parked on the edge of the woodland, tucked away for your sole use.
